Payment Methods:

Sydney Blues & Roots Festival will accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or Direct Deposit into our account. If you prefer not to pay or order over the Internet, you may contact us either by phone, fax or post your order through.

Depending on the Payment method you choose:

  1. If you choose to pay by Credit Card using PayPal, the checkout procedure transfers you to PayPal's secure server for entering credit card payments. NB: you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by Credit Card.
  2. Australian customers can also pay by Cheque or Money Order or Direct Deposit.


Goods will not be posted out until cheque has cleared, money deposited or payment accepted by credit card.

Festival E-Tickets will not be validated until cheque has cleared, money deposited or payment accepted by credit card.

Festival E-Tickets: Please present your Invoice together with Photo ID at the Sydney Blues Festival Ticket Office at the festival to have your wrist band fitted. Multiple E-Tickets purchased on the same Invoice will be issued to the original purchaser only, please ensure that your group is together with you so that each person can be fitted with their wrist band.

Purchase and Refund Policy:

There is no refund for Sydney Blues Festival E-Ticket so please purchase wisely. Please print a copy of your E-Ticket Invoice. Login to your account and View your Order. Print a Copy of the Invoice from the link on the bottom of the order. Bring a copy of your Ticket/s Invoice to the Festival Ticket office together with your Photo ID to receive your wristband.

All goods (other than Festival Tickets) will be dispatched by Australia Post within 14 days or if there is a delay you will be notified of expected delivery date.

Postage and packaging will be calculated at the end of your order process, based on Australia Post postal rates for your delivery address.

All care will be taken in packaging your products to eliminate breakages. If you wish to register or insure your parcel an additional charge will incur.

If your product is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. We will replace your product once all damaged items have been returned to us.
